This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. The pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The internal assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 300°F. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal assembly constructed with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers. The 6.35" nominal diameter impeller sits within the casing to maintain hydraulic consistency.
The system runs on a 1 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
