This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allows operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The internal assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, combined with a standardized design that allows for common service components.
The motor is a 1.5 HP unit running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
