This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection, built with a 7.9" nominal diameter impeller. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring for added durability. The rotating assembly includes a stainless steel shaft supported by a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers remains stable at system temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing cartridge design isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures to improve service life.
The unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply in a 56 frame. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
