This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft to accommodate fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from the system fluid, while the mechanical seal arrangement consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge design simplifies service requirements, as it uses common components across the product line.
The assembly is provided less motor, requiring a driver capable of the necessary power and speed for the installation. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
