This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection along with a 5.65-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, paired with an impeller and shaft built from stainless steel, while the bracket includes a bronze face plate. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, which can reach 250°F. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This cartridge arrangement uses standardized service components that simplify maintenance requirements across the system.
The pump is equipped with a 3/4 HP motor, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure, 115/208-230V, and 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
