This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports, paired with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The unit includes a cast iron casing and bracket, combined with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. Its replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. A mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design permits common service components across the unit, while the internal architecture maintains reliable fluid circulation.
The motor is a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC, 115/208-230V, 1PH unit. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
