This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections along with a 6.15" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. The unit uses cast iron for the casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel shaft and a bronze face plate. Its internal mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. The construction handles system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The pump is built with a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from the system fluid, which helps maintain consistent internal operating temperatures. This standardized cartridge design allows for common service components across the unit.
This unit accommodates 1 1/2 HP and 2 HP motors within a 56 frame size and is supplied as a pump less motor configuration. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
