This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge. It uses cast iron construction for the casing and bracket, combined with a 6.15-inch nominal diameter stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The fluid path includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge arrangement allows common service components across the unit.
This pump has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
