This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge, with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. A bronze face plate is built into the bracket assembly. The pump uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from the system fluid, which simplifies service requirements across the unit.
The 1 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor operates on a 208-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
