This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit houses a mechanical seal assembly composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design allows for common service components throughout the assembly.
The pump includes a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure for a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
