This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge port, with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket use cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel. The unit includes a replaceable, cooler-running bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates components from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, permitting operation at temperatures up to 300°F. This standardized cartridge construction allows for common service components across the assembly.
The motor is a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
