This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connection. The internal components consist of a stainless steel casing, stainless steel impeller, and a stainless steel shaft, combined with a bronze wear ring. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The 6.35" nominal impeller diameter maintains hydraulic consistency within the 56 frame construction.
The motor operates at 3/4 HP and 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
