This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a Sealide C silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, allowing for operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. This standardized cartridge arrangement allows for common service components throughout the pump assembly.
The motor is a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP unit operating on a 200-230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
