This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The unit uses 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections along with a 4.75" nominal diameter impeller. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating components from system fluid temperatures. The construction includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F, while the standardized cartridge design allows for common service components across the unit.
The unit has a 1/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
