This NIBCO line of NE500 electric actuators is designed for quarter-turn applications, including ball valves, butterfly and plug valves, dampers, vents, and similar uses. The actuators are constructed for the entire mid-range of torques and operating speeds. A heater and thermostat are installed in all Series 500 units. Operating temperatures of the electric actuators range from -40°F to +140°F. Motor availability includes AC and DC voltages, which are extended-duty cycle rated. NIBCO electric actuators offer exceptional convenience and flexibility for automated or computer-controlled flow control systems. Ideal for applications where the valve is not readily accessible, the actuators provide a labor-saving alternative to manual flow control regulation.
