This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller. The assembly uses a cast iron casing and bracket, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings that isolate the components from system temperatures up to 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly has a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance across the unit, while the cooler-running design helps manage heat transfer from the process fluid.
The motor operates at 1 1/2 HP and 1750 RPM in a TEFC enclosure with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
