This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connection with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The unit includes stainless steel construction for the casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. Inside, the pump has a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings along with a stainless steel shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a Sealide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows for temperature tolerance up to 300°F. The construction meets NSF-61 requirements for potable water service. The bearing cartridge assembly isolates the internal bearings from the system fluid, which improves longevity during high-temperature operation.
This unit operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM motor housed in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115/230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
