This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly manages fluid at temperatures reaching 250°F. It has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections and includes a 2" flange set along with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The unit uses a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the rotating components from system fluid temperatures. The pump has a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
This unit runs on a 1/3 HP motor at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/60/1 electrical power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
