This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection, built with a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. The hydraulic assembly includes a 6.15" nominal diameter impeller for fluid movement. The internal mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, capable of handling system fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing common service components across the product line.
The pump includes a 133-031 motor bracket for the mounting of a compatible motor. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
