This in-line pump has 2" suction and 2" discharge connections with a 7.10" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. The assembly uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of handling fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The cooler-running bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, while the standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The pump uses a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
