This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit houses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, accommodating system temperatures up to 250°F. This standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance, as common service components are shared across the product line.
The unit operates with a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor running on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
