This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge ports with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The pump construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, along with a bronze face plate. The mechanical seal assembly includes a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, supporting fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings from the system fluid.
The motor operates at 1 HP and 1750 RPM, housed in an ODP enclosure powered by 230/460V 3PH electrical service within a 56 frame. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
