This in-line pump has a 1-1/2" suction and 1-1/2" discharge configuration for standard piping connections. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring to maintain hydraulic efficiency. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft housed within a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. A mechanical seal assembly, composed of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, protects the shaft during operation at fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This cartridge construction isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and allows for consistent service components.
The unit has a 1 HP motor, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure, and a 230/460V 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
