This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge connection with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft are made of stainless steel. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit operates at a maximum temperature of 250°F. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers completes the fluid-handling section. The standardized cartridge design permits the use of common service components, simplifying long-term maintenance requirements.
The pump runs on a 1/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor configured for 115/60/1 power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
