This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and discharge configuration with a 6.35" nominal impeller. The unit uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, while the bracket is cast iron. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers, which handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. This NSF-61 compliant assembly relies on a standardized cartridge design to simplify component replacement.
The pump operates with a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
