This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and discharge connections. The construction includes a stainless steel casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, paired with a cast iron bracket. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly houses the shaft and supports the rotating group, isolating the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a Type 21 mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system fluids at temperatures reaching 250°F and uses a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter to manage hydraulic loads. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance, as common components are used across the product line.
The motor is a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP enclosure unit with a 115V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
