This in-line pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It has 2" suction and discharge ports, accommodating a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter for hydraulic flow within system requirements. The pump uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, creating a cooler-running internal environment. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment, with the entire assembly rated for operating temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance, as it uses common components across the unit.
The motor has 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC enclosure, and a 208-230/460/60/3 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
