This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and discharge connection. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, along with a bronze face plate. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. A mechanical seal assembly sits within the fluid path, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F.
The motor has a 1 HP output at 1750 RPM, equipped with an ODP enclosure and 115/208-230V/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
