This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and a 2-inch discharge port, paired with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller. Construction includes a stainless steel casing and impeller, combined with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The pump uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings and a stainless steel shaft. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers remains effective at temperatures up to 250°F. The isolated bearing cartridge configuration maintains fluid separation, which increases service life in hot water applications.
The pump uses a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor with a 230/460V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
