This in-line pump uses 2" suction and 2" discharge connections along with a 6.15" nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron with a stainless steel face plate. Inside, the pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from the system fluid. It has a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. The unit supports fluid temperatures up to 250°F and complies with NSF-61 standards.
This unit operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor configured for a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
