This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge configuration with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. A replaceable bearing cartridge contains the stainless steel shaft and permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolate the bearings from the system fluid temperature of 250°F. The mechanical seal assembly includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to maintain seal integrity under these operational conditions. This standardized cartridge arrangement allows for common service components throughout the assembly.
The unit is configured as a pump less motor assembly suitable for a 1/2 HP motor in a 48 frame size. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
