This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. It includes 1 1/2 inch suction and discharge connections. The internal hydraulics use a 6.35 inch nominal diameter impeller. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly houses the rotating components, isolating the grease-lubricated ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows operation up to 300°F. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while keeping the bearing assembly isolated from process fluids.
The pump operates with a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor powered by 200-230/460V, 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
