This in-line pump includes a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter, compliant with NSF-61 standards. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft consist of stainless steel construction, while the bracket uses cast iron. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the shaft and contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to isolate the rotating elements from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to accommodate fluid temperatures reaching 250°F.
This unit has a 1 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor operating on 115/208-230V, 60Hz, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
