This in-line pump has a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft. With a 1.5" suction and discharge connection, the unit processes system fluid through a 6.35" nominal diameter impeller. The pump uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. Fluid containment is managed by a mechanical seal assembly containing a silicon carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, capable of handling operating temperatures up to 250°F. The cooler-running bearing cartridge construction allows for standardized service components across the installation.
The motor has a 3/4 HP capacity, an operating speed of 1750 RPM, and an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200-230/460V and 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
