This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.90" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft consist of stainless steel, paired with a cast iron bracket. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit uses a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration meets NSF-61 standards and operates at temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing cartridge contains permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to simplify maintenance requirements.
The pump includes a 2 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor connected to a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
