This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, with a 4.75" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, using permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings. The unit handles fluids up to 250°F and includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge design permits common service components across the assembly.
The motor is a 1/3 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP unit powered by 115V, 60Hz, 1PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
