This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge configuration along with a 7.9-inch nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a bronze wear ring. The unit includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal ball bearings from system fluid temperatures. Its mechanical seal assembly contains a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers to handle fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements by allowing common service components.
The 1 1/2 HP motor operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure and runs on 115/208-230V, 1PH power. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
