This in-line pump has a stainless steel casing and impeller with a bronze wear ring. It includes 1 1/2 inch suction and discharge connections paired with a 2 inch flange set. The unit uses a 4.75 inch nominal diameter impeller mounted on a stainless steel shaft. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly resides within the bracket, which isolates the rotating elements from system fluid temperatures. The pump has a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, a carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system fluid temperatures reaching 250°F.
The motor has 1/3 HP and operates at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure, configured for a 115V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
