This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge ports, paired with a 5.65" nominal impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction, combined with a cast iron bracket for structural support. A replaceable bearing cartridge houses the internal components, isolating the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The pump includes a mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers, which allow operation at temperatures reaching 250°F. The unit includes a standardized bearing cartridge and seal arrangement to simplify field maintenance requirements across the installation.
This unit has a 3/4 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V and 3PH current. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
