This in-line pump has a 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge, paired with a 4.5" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. The assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge that isolates the internal bearings from system fluid temperatures. To manage fluid containment, the pump uses a mechanical seal assembly consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This construction handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements, as the modular design allows for common service components.
The unit includes a 1/4 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and a 115/60/1V power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
