This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge, built with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction uses stainless steel for the casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft, combined with a cast iron bracket. It includes a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the internal components from system fluid temperatures. The pump uses a mechanical seal assembly containing a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This build handles system temperatures up to 250°F and meets NSF-61 requirements for potable water service. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the system.
The unit has a 3/4 HP, 1750 RPM ODP motor paired with a 115/208-230V/60Hz/1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
