This in-line pump has 2" suction and discharge connections paired with a 6.15" nominal impeller. The pump uses a cast iron casing and bracket with a bronze face plate, while the impeller and shaft include stainless steel construction. A replaceable bearing cartridge assembly holds the rotating elements, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The assembly also has a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. It handles fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements for the system.
The pump uses a 1/2 HP, 1750 RPM, TEFC motor with a 115/208-230V, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
