This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge with a 7.9" nominal impeller. The construction includes a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft for durability. The assembly uses a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings to isolate the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. The internal mechanical seal assembly consists of a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which allows the unit to operate at fluid temperatures reaching 300°F. Standardized cartridge construction simplifies maintenance requirements across the installation.
The motor has a 2 HP output at 1750 RPM and uses an ODP enclosure powered by a 230/460V, 3PH supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
