This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a stainless steel casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The rotating assembly includes a stainless steel shaft supported by a replaceable bearing cartridge. A mechanical seal assembly manages fluid containment, consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber elastomers for operational temperatures up to 250°F. The cartridge arrangement isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures, allowing consistent operation across varying thermal loads.
The unit operates with a 1/2 HP motor at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
