This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and bracket consist of cast iron, while the impeller and shaft use stainless steel construction. This unit contains a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. It uses a mechanical seal assembly built with a Silicon Carbide stationary seat, carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, suitable for fluid temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements.
The pump has a 1 HP, 1750 RPM, ODP motor connected to a 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
