This in-line pump has 1 1/2" suction and 1 1/2" discharge ports along with a 6.35" nominal impeller diameter. The casing and impeller use stainless steel construction, while the bracket is cast iron with a stainless steel face plate. The stainless steel shaft is housed within a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The unit has a mechanical seal assembly with a silicon carbide stationary seat, a carbon rotating element, and Viton elastomers, which is rated for temperatures up to 300°F. This standardized arrangement simplifies routine maintenance.
The motor is a 1/2 HP unit operating at 1750 RPM with an ODP enclosure and 115/230V, 60Hz, 1PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
