This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection. The construction includes a stainless steel casing and impeller, paired with a cast iron bracket and a stainless steel face plate. Inside, a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures and houses a stainless steel shaft. The unit includes a mechanical seal assembly built with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system fluid temperatures reaching 250°F while maintaining structural integrity through the standardized cartridge arrangement.
The motor has a 1 HP output and operates at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, configured for 115/208-230/60/1 power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
