This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge configuration with a 6.15" nominal impeller diameter. The construction consists of a cast iron casing and bracket paired with a stainless steel impeller and shaft, along with a bronze face plate. The unit uses a replaceable bearing cartridge assembly that isolates the bearings from system fluid temperatures. The mechanical seal assembly, rated for 250°F, includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers. This standardized cartridge and seal arrangement simplifies maintenance requirements while allowing for consistent service across the unit.
The pump has a 1 1/2 HP motor running at 1750 RPM in an ODP enclosure, configured for a 200V, 3PH power supply. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. With a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
