This in-line pump has a 2-inch suction and 2-inch discharge, paired with a 7.9-inch nominal diameter impeller. The casing, impeller, face plate, and shaft use stainless steel construction for durability, while the unit is supported by a cast iron bracket. This assembly includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings, which isolates the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. Fluid containment is managed by a standard Type 21 mechanical seal, constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon mating ring, and EPT elastomers. This configuration handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is supplied without a motor and includes the necessary bracket for mounting.
This assembly is supplied as a less-motor configuration with a bracket to accommodate external prime movers. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Using a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
