This in-line pump has a 2" suction and 2" discharge connection with a 7.9" nominal impeller diameter. The casing, impeller, and shaft use stainless steel construction, paired with a cast iron bracket and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a replaceable bearing cartridge containing permanently sealed, grease-lubricated ball bearings that isolate the bearing assembly from system fluid temperatures. A mechanical seal assembly with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT elastomers manages fluid containment, while the internal architecture handles system temperatures up to 250°F. The standardized cartridge design allows for consistent service components throughout the assembly.
This unit has a 1 1/2 HP motor operating at 1750 RPM within an ODP enclosure, powered by 230/460V, 3PH. Maintenance-free operation is supported by permanently sealed, grease-lubricated motor ball bearings. Utilizing a rear pull-out design, the assembly permits complete removal of the motor and rotating components for servicing without disturbing the connected piping layout.
